"Duke" Davis' Wednesday Nite Cruise-In
Brought to you by Saint Cloud "Bites"
at "Magnolia Square"

East Highway 192
Saint Cloud, Florida
In Memory of C. "Duke" Davis

Who would have thought that a bright Sunny day could be only 45 degrees at 4:00PM. That really isn't too bad but the 20 mph winds sure made it rather arctic! It was long after Linda & I arrived that "Scary Larry" showed up in his late model lowriding pickup. Seems like his wife had blocked the Mustang in with all the plants she wanted to save from tonight's impending freeze. "Mustang Mike" was next to arrive with the DJ rig. We all sat inside "Bites". Then Ron A. backed his '61 Caddy into his favorite spot. Dick parked his 2+2 Mustang next to him. After we all had ordered something to eat Nick rolled his '32 Ford into the lot followed by Bob in his Chevelle. Ashley & Daniel, Nick's grandkids, were with them. About 6:30 it didn't look like we were going to have anyone else arrive so Mike "Called" the Cruise-In. Can't really call it a rainout, so I guess it was our first "Freeze Out". Let's try it again next week.

See you all "Out There"
