"Duke" Davis' Wednesday Nite Cruise-In
Brought to you by Saint Cloud "Bites"
at "Magnolia Square"

East Highway 192
Saint Cloud, Florida
In Memory of C. "Duke" Davis

When we arrived at the "Square" at 4:10 we were the only ones under Gray Skies. "Mustang Mike" set up the DJ rig in it's regular spot. It wasn't until 4:40 that Larry arrived in his '64 Galaxie 500. "Cousin John" backed his '72 deVille in a spot to the East of the Patio. Jeff was next to arrive in his '59 Edsel, his Dad & Brother, visiting from Northern Florida, were with him. "Lucky Louie" backed his '52 Ford into a spot behind the trailer followed by Dick in his 2+2 Mustang, Ron A in his '61 Caddy. Bob would then park his '68 Chevelle in a spot next us and Nick would back his '32 Deuce Coupe next to Larry. Dan Z would then make his way to "Edsel" parking in his '59 Hardtop. Don R. Joined the cars behind the trailer in his '68 Mustang Fastback. Roy would then occupy the last space behind the DJ rig with his '64 Galaxie 500 XL convertible. "Scary Larry" was out in his "Low Rider" pickup, I guess his Mustang was cold. Andy brought out his '79 deVille, Steve & Charlie were in the '77 deVille. Then the "Wookie" was in his "Heartbreaker" '83 Mustang. Fred from Michigan and Danny were out as spectators.

We were chosen as "Go See Night", an event for the Harmony Pack 888 of the Cub Scouts. Andrew & Tim the Cubmaster and Assistant Cub Master along with 4 other adults brought out Nick, Justin, Neco, Carter, Hutch, Sergie and Tommy to check out our cars. They certainly enjoyed the line up we had for them. Lots of photos were taken and many of the Cubs asked a lot of questions about the cars. They sure enjoyed themselves as we enjoyed showing off our cars.

Just before 7:00 George rolled his '61 Falcon into the "Square". A great night out with friends as always. Brittany and the staff at "Bites" took good care of us. Chris made us all feel at home as the Robertson family continues to do so.

The 50/50 of $30 was taken home by Steve Butler, Cruiser #16. Yes I do win once and a while. Cruiser #105, Greg Cordero, would have gone home with the $50 "Cruise-A-Matic" if he would have been out tonight. Next week we will have $60 in the drawing.

"Cruiser of the Week" went home with Cruiser #5, Steve Clarke in his '77 deVille. that car gets better looking every week.

On to a few photos.

Congratulations to the winners, and Thank You to all that came out tonight.
See you all "Out There"
