It was a little foggy today as Henry the VIII and I headed west on S.R.
50 to Sumter County. The Snowbirds were out in force and traffic
entering the fairgrounds was backed up for a mile or so each way. The
swap meet was full with everything from shop rags to a Pro/Street 440
powered Plymouth Duster. Here are some of the cars that were entered in
the show.
This cool little Falcon Wagon is having it's front
bumper rechromed.
I kinda like the old school Gasser look without it.

This is one fine looking '55 Chevy Sedan Delivery.

I was parked with this Dodge Pick-up, and it's old owner at Daytona all
last weekend. I didn't get to meet the new owner today. I'm sure he'll
be around with it for awhile.

This fine looking '40 Plymouth is from Maine. And from all the
"Participant" banners it must get to a lot of shows in the North East.

This '39 Buick Sedan Delivery is Gorgeous. OK, you're right Buick never
made a Sedan Delivery. This started life as an Ambulance. The owner had
43 inches cut from the length to end up looking like this. He tells me
it was featured on Two Guys Garage on the Speed Channel for 2 months.

This '50 Merc with the Carson type top is definitely "Old School."

The angle of the picture hides the enormity of this Chevy Panel Truck.

Henry the VIII has a couple of new features. And I guess at least one
admirer.

Henry the VIII's Cousin showed up but didn't introduce himself.

This Chevy Pick-up is really sweet.

A big '66 Merc Convert happened by too.

Here's a monochromatic Chevy Impala SS.

Black and Yellow is something you don't see everyday.
This '55 Ford looks really cool that way.

Two old Buicks in one day. I believe this is a '39 too.

This is a fine looking little Corvair Convert.

And finally this '51 Ford Convert was cool.

That's it for this time. Be Safe,
Dusty
