The Friday Nite Cruise
Old Town Shopping Attraction.
5770 West 192
Kissimmee, Florida

January 19th

If anyone missed our T-Bird, we were giving it a rest and decided to bring our S 10 out tonight. We arrived at our regular time, but JC and Candi and Stan were already there. Stan got lucky and took home a flag plus a ride on the Old-Town Bull. Then we met Ralph and Shirley who haven’t been out for awhile. It was good seeing them again. We want to thank them again for the lovely clock.

Our Cruiser of the Month was back with us tonight. He was under the weather last week. It was good to see Bev out with him. He is looking better and seems to be doing fine.

Paul Harold from Orlando brought out his 1987 black Grand National, (black was the only color they made in that model in 1987.) His number is 225, so he has been cruising Friday nights ever since the cruise started.

Joe Ness was parked in block 4 with the other regulars. Bobby Holder did not make it to block 4. He parked a little further back. Gerald seemed to miss having Bobby to talk to. We seem to be losing a lot of our old cars. Remember, if you have an 87 or older or know someone who does, come out and enjoy our Friday Night Cruise with us. Let’s keep it a classic event. Thank you.

Doug had to work late, but arrived at 7:30. He just visited and had a hard time finding somewhere to park. Cube was on stage entertaining. Our staff did a good job considering the Corvette Club was in town. A lot of extra work goes into a cruise when we have so many extra vehicles out. However we had parking for our 142 cruisers tonight.

Joe tried to give our Cruise-O-Matic away tonight. He pulled 7 numbers but no takers. So we move on to $125.00 next week. Coy Joyner from Kissimmee only bought 2 tickets but that was enough to win the 50/50 of $62.00.

See you all next week.
