January 12th

After visiting some snowbird friends of ours at Sherwood Forest Campground we headed on over to our favorite Friday Night pastime, the Friday Night Cruise. Old-Town was dismantling their Christmas Tree so things were a little conjested, however we made room for all the early birds by 5 o'clock. Buzz was disappointed because Old-Town would not let him park in his regular spot. They said no more parking on the crossway, why we have no idea. He has added $27,000 improvements to this $30,000 vehicle and he likes to have the doors open and room to show it.

We went back to the steak house for our evening meal and we were joined by Stan and Maryann, Bobby and Dave and Esther came in to eat with us. After dinner we picked up newsletters from Bob, who so graciously brought them from Steve at the Thursday Night Cruise. Thank you Bob.

Joe Ness did not have to work tonight so he brought out his red Ford Ranger. He also had his brother from Pittsburgh visiting him. Don and Jackie were back after their trip to Pa. Jackie's mother celebrated her 100 birthday. Congratulations and good luck to her.

Our Cruiser of the month, Dave Garceau could not make it out tonight. He called in sick. We have no details as of yet. We just pray he is ok and can make it back next week. We miss you Dave.

We want to thank all our sponsors but tonight we want to specify Time For Pleasure Day Spa. I (Doris) had a pleasant neck massage tonight. It was very relaxing. We would recommend them to anyone.

We had a total of 159 vehicles. Very good for a Friday Night Cruise. Topaz entertained on stage tonight.

Our Cruise-O-Matic goes to $100 next week. No winner tonight. Our 50/50 tonight was $63.00. It went home with Ed Guglich who also was a flag winner tonight.

See you all next week.
