Our first RAINOUT since MARCH, we really needed the rain but it could
have waited until after 9:00. Nicky "Bop" was "Looking for an Echo" in
his 3 Window Coupe, "Big John" had his GT 350 out. Pablo & Nilda were
out in the VW. Ron A had the Caddy as usual. Dave was out in his
Roadster, left the Anglia at home tonight. Roger K, was in his daily
driver as usual. Tony & Marlene were out in the 'Vette. Tony & Sharon
were in their Corvair. "Doc" along with grandson Anthony stopped by the
Sonic hoping the rain would end. Bill was out in his Blazer. Our
"Cruiser of the Week", young Jonathan was getting a handle on why we
weren't selling any tickets, after all he and his dad were out in the
Camaro and Mom was along in the Corvette. Gary & Wanda were the last
with a "Cruiser" to arrive. They had "Remember When" their '55 Chevy
out.
"Mustang Mike" called the cruise-in as a RAINOUT at
6:40. We needed the rain but it would have been nice to have the
Cruise-In too!
