The Sun barely made it out today, if I would have been up North I swear
there would be SNOW! We arrived just after 4:00 and Pablo & Nilda were
helping Mike set out the cones. Jean stopped by, she is still waiting
for her '36 Ford Coupe to be finished. It took a while for the next car
to make it in to the parking lot. It was Gary from Quakertown, PA
stopped by with his 1 of 56, 2002 Avanti's ever built. Great looking
car, he has 2 other older Avanti's back home. Steve Mc was going to
debut his '53 Ford Courier but he wasn't feeling well and stayed home
tonight. Ron was out in his Model A, joined later by Al in his. John,
whose '56 Ford was on last weeks cover, came out in it's replacement
tonight. A 4 Door '57 Chevy Belair. Any one keeping score?
Other than talk of just how cold it was going to get,
we all chatted about the cars and the usual things. Linda & Sharon spent
most of the evening in the cars knitting. Larry & Iris, "Snowbirds" from
Indiana came down with their '49 Ford and joined in with us this
evening, Welcome! Ed & Sarah stopped by to visit for a while, too cold
to leave "Spark Plug" outside to stay very long.
It just shows that the "Die Hards" don't let a little
cold weather stop them from "Cruisin'" more than 30 cars and several
Cruisers, Like Paul and Dick, ran the 50/50 to $95. The other half would
be given out during the drawings in smaller quantities.
Barbra Vliet had the winning ticket for the 50/50,
she donated $10 to this newsletter. Several other cruisers donated as
well, Thank You. If Francesco Hernandez, Cruiser # 721, would have came
out tonight, he would have gone home $225 richer. Awwwww. So next week
the Cruise-A-Matic" rolls up to $250.
"Cruiser of the Week" went to Bill Ash with his '63
Pontiac Convertible , a regular "snowbird" for several years, who drives
this car down every year, from Canada
Here are a few photos.

Congratulations to the winners and a big Thank You to all that came out
tonight.
See you all "Out There!"
