"Duke" Davis' Wednesday Nite Cruise-In
Brought to you by Saint Cloud "Bites"
at "Magnolia Square"

East Highway 192
Saint Cloud, Florida

In Memory of C. "Duke" Davis

December 19th

This year seems to have raced by! Here it is the last Cruise-In for this year, Thank You to the Robertson family for putting up with us for all these weeks, months and now years! We hope that you will keep us coming back.

We arrived about 4:10, Chris had a few spots coned off for "Mustang Mike's" DJ rig, except there was one Car parked right in the middle, it had been there since noon. Oh well, I guess it must be a Municipal parking lot now. A few Cruisers started to arrive. Paul in his RAM, Larry in the '64 Galaxie 500, Bill in his '81 Blazer, sporting a new dash. Dick then brought his 2+2 in to the lot. Ron A. backed his '61 Caddy into a spot next to the vehicle that was blocking Mike's spot. "Cousin John" backed his Caddy into the spot to the East of the patio. Cory, from Royal Battery, joined us as a spectator in his Pickup. "Lucky Louie" backed his '52 Ford next to John's Caddy. Don R parked his '68 Mustang Fastback next to Ron. Coy stopped out to spend the evening with us. Nick, in his '32 Coupe along with Bob in his '68 Chevelle, Roy was in his '64 Galaxie XL convertible. Jeff backed his Edsel into a spot. Steve & Charlie had the '77 deVille, Steven has been doing some rework on the interior, this Caddy will soon look like it did when it was new. Andy parked next to him in his '79 deVille, that still looks new. The "Wookie" was fashionably late, had to be relieved of his baby setting chores before he could come out. "Scary Larry" arrived about the same time and parked his Mustang next to the '52 Ford. Brandon made his way back to the "Square" after closing the post office, in his '68 Dodge Dart GT. Al brought out his Model A, Randy & Pam arrived in their '66 Ford F100, on their first outing to this event. Then way after 7:00 George rolled his "heirloom" '61 Falcon in to the lot. We were all getting worried, we weren't sure if we could have the drawings if he didn't show.

Don Rancourt, Cruiser #66, had the winning ticket for the $51 50/50. Cruiser # 177, Brent Bohall wasn't out tonight so the "Cruise-A-Matic" rolls up to $40 for the first Cruise-In of 2008

"Cruiser of the Week" went home in the '68 Dodge Dart GT, with Brandon Paroz, #126.
