Rainout? Power Out? What was it, it was a non Cruise with 14 cars. Well, Jack was there in "Old Yeller" when we arrived in our Ranchero, then Big John, in his GT350 was passed up by a '41 Buick piloted by Bob to win the first parking spot to the West of the Veranda. No it wasn't a race it was just a happenstance.

We watched the the storm clouds pile against each other to the East. A Drizzle of rain would plague us off and on. This didn't stop Larry in his Pickup, Tommy in his '66 GMC, Hank in the Baja Bug, Ron in his '53 Chevy, the "Wookie" in his "Heartbreaker", Don in the red 2+2, Phillip in his Camaro and Bert in the Probe. Louie, Steve & Charlie, Mark, Andy, Al and Dana came out in daily drivers.

When Mike went to "Power Up" one time the outside outlets were not working. "Mike" pulled out at 7:25. Rain out? Power Out? Who knows. It was just not a completed Cruise. Those that came out still enjoyed the camaraderie and most left before 8:00.

So no awards no 50/50 no Cruiser of the Week.
