The display of cars started off a little slower this week. Many Cruisers were at other "Annual" events. We arrived about 2:00PM. Richard and I discussed about how big the Cruise would be tonight. There have been over 300 the last few weeks. Tonight will be a little smaller. But not a lot.

Many of the regulars were in their spots. Daryl Johnson who's 65th birthday is today had a big surprise in store this evening, his family brought out 6 of his Chevys to Cruise tonight. That is more than half. Three of them had to stay home. Happy Birthday!

With most of the "Snowbird Cruisers" now gone the car count will go down a bit until we get the "Summer Season" cruisers. It never ceases to amaze me just how many people from all over the World not only come to see this event, they bring cars too!

Our gang had the addition of Ron Adamson and his '58 DelRay. Welcome to Old Town. Much of the General Store gang was missing. Ray 7 Carm did stop by and pick up their back issues from me while looking for Dan and Ron. Big Jim was out in his "Hot Flash" Pro-Street" Ranchero. Tony & Sharon brought out Steve Mc's 62 Ranchero. "Lucy" their '69 Ranchero was promised to be done by next Friday. She has "Fire" on here now. She should be debuted at the 31st Annual Indian River Car Show next Saturday, then right here to Old Town Saturday night.

On a sad note, long time Cruiser, Richard Murphy Sr., 58, passed away last Saturday Nite.
