The Friday Nite Cruise
At Old Town
West Highway 192
Kissimmee, Florida

October 27th

What an eerie night for a cruise, must be time for Halloween. As the early birds gathered before 5 o'clock, it was a normal evening. As the daylight was beginning to fade strange things began to happen. And some strange sights were seen on the streets of Old-Town. When we got back from the steak house, there were many ghosts, goblins and other strange beings roaming thru the crowds. Due to the atmosphere of our Friday Night Cruise, they were all friendly. Sun On The Beach had their Halloween Party so we imagine many of them ended up there. It was a sell out crowd and at one time the line was backed up to block 4. We hope everyone had a good time. Our Cruiser Of The Month, Gerald ,was late coming in tonight, due to heavy traffic on I-4. Last week he had trouble with his head lights. He had to put a dimmer switch on it. This was his last week being Cruiser Of The Month. Good job Mr. Pontiac. Bobby was back on block 4 after a week off. He said he had work to do. He is doing very well since his cataract surgery and is looking forward to getting his other eye done. He will also be our Cruiser Of The Month for November. It was good to see George back on block 4 with his PT Cruiser. First time in awhile. We also found a new Friday Night Cruiser, Elliot Hansen from Williamsburg brought out his 1981 De Lorean DMC 12 and the motor is a Renault PRV V-6. He has had this car for a year and really likes this all stainless steel Body.

Some of the regulars did not get their usual parking space, due to the party going on. Topaz was entertaining on stage tonight. There were a few sprinkles of rain which didn't amount to much. We had 128 cruisers to come out for the crowd to enjoy. Our 50/50 was $89.00 which went to a lucky cruiser. Our Cruise-O-Matic was $25.00. Joe pulled 5 numbers but no winner tonight. We'll see you all next month.
