"Mustang Mike's"
Saint Cloud Thursday Nite Cruise-In

In the Wal-Mart Parking Lot
Next to the Sonic Drive-In
Saint Cloud, Florida

March 2nd

This "Post Card" weather that we had to day brought out more than 120 Cars to the "Cruise-In". Many didn't arrive until after the Sun was at the wrong position for good pictures. Tony & Marianne came to their first Cruise-in since last September, Welcome Back!!!!! We all missed you, Especially Nicky, we all have had to abuse him for you!

Our "Snowbirds" are still with us, many will be leaving soon, Ron & Shirley Hood is due back from Georgia next week, it will be good to see them and their cars back out with us.

Once again, everything from a "Rat Rod" built in the 50's to a new Mustang GT or a '29 Model A Ford or even a '30 Chevy could be seen lined up in the parking lot. Custom "Pearl" paint jobs to meticulously restored cars of days gone by. The many "Cruisers" that bring the cars out are as diversified as the the variety of vehicles that come once a week to this venue and others with in a few miles of each other here in the Kissimmee, Saint Cloud area. Lind and I are very proud to call these "Cruisers" our friends and enjoy our weekly get togethers. "Cousin Vinney" made a brief appearance, the Clarke's came out in Daily Driver, Tony & Sharon had to bring out the G6, "Lucy" is still under going her transition.

Of course "Mustang Mike" played his ix of nostalgic music and filled many requests. Craig and Jim, "The Dukes" even treated us to a few songs and they mingled with all of their friends, the "Cruisers of the Thursday Nite Cruise-In". Always a good time when they stop in.

We had a few new Cruisers sign up with us tonight. So lets make Hayward & Linda as well as Ray welcome to this family.

Ron Adamson knew that the first televised Oscars was in 1944 so he took home the $10 "Beef O'Bradys" gift certificate. Ralph Brueggeman, Cruiser #735 took home $121 of the 50/50, he donated $10 to this newsletter. NICKY BOP WON 2 SONIC MEALS!, he had nines. Josh Henderson would have gone home with the $75 "Cruise-A-Matic" but he wasn't out tonight, next week it rolls to $100.

"Cruiser of the Week" went to Don Rancourt, Cruiser #66 with his '66 Mustang 2 + 2.

Here are a few photos.
