"Mustang Mike's"
Saint Cloud Thursday Nite Cruise-In

In the Wal-Mart Parking Lot
Next to the Sonic Drive-In
Saint Cloud, Florida

March 16th

The Weatherman said it was going to be a cold night again, I think this and the fact that the parking lot was under repair kept a few Cruisers away, However more than 90 cars made it out. The "Snowbird Season" is quickly winding down, many of them will be leaving us and going back North. Steve & Carol Nelson and their "Cuda will be with us for at least another week. They want to take back a vintage Mopar Convertible this year, Happy Hunting!

Nicky Bop was in rare form, even though the complaint wasn't the "Nines" this time. Neil & Elaine brought out both of the English Sports cars this evening, we didn't see much of Elaine, she was busy trying to buy out Wal-Mart. Ron Hood brought out the "53 Chevy that we have not seen in a while. DeSotoville was populated in the back 40 once again. Gordon, Lila and the whole gang. Tommy was next to Paul, Big John had the red Shelby out tonight. Larry Cris & Stephanie came out early, they thought. The Red Mustang ended up along 192 in Muscle Car Row, Butch was just to tired to make it out tonight.

Ron and Don sat by the DeRay trying to figure out everyone that was in attendance. Hot Rod row was populated with many of the regulars, Jimmy, Roger, Mike and many others as usual. Steve Mc had his '27 T in Blanche's old spot. "Blanch" is now "Old Yeller" piloted by Jack. Marianne had some Cake for all to sample, "Doc" Watson also had cake by his pickup, freshly purchased by Mary. it was his birthday today, Cara wanted all to know this! Tom and Edna were in their Greenbrier down in Corvairville, Next to Ed & Evelyn. Ron Bozarth had his convertible complete with the new fender skirts. Tony & Sharon walked in as tho they were driving, "Lucy" is still a few weeks away from being done. They will visit her Saturday morning before heading out to Old town. Dan, did ya make a deal on that T-Bird?

Bill Handy, back in Scotland, is awaiting Heart Surgery. Undergoing a few more tests. He is holding up but lonely for the Cruise-In's. He sends his love to all.

Bert reported that Clint was doing better after his episode on Sunday, should be back Cruising in no time.

Bob, Big Jim and Dan had their cars in Muscle car row. There also seems to be a bunch of "Tuner Cars" attempting to set up a show just at our perimeter to the West.

Mustang Mike mentioned the "Spring Fling" on April 1st at the new Saint Cloud Lakefront facilities. More information next week. Once again another great night with good friends.

Thanks again to our "Shoppers", Chris and Gary for taking the time to purchase the door prizes.

The Trivia Question was answered correctly by Bob Bauman, a guest of Trevor. So he took home the $10 Beef O'Bradys" gift certificate.

The 50/50 of $117 was won by Bob Nagro, he graciously donated $10 back to next weeks Cruise-In and $5 to the newsletter.

The "Cruise-A-Matic" rolls up to $150 next week, Jerry Hladek was not Cruising tonight. Awwwww

This weeks "Cruiser of the Week" went home with Tony & Marianne DeGennaro and their '86 Monte Carlo.

Here are a few photos.
