I guess we can never tell what the weatherman has to say is correct or not or where it might rain. Linda and I arrived a little after 4;00, Chris was a day off, that whole Labor Day thing and all. "Mustang Mike" rolled in just about 4:30, seconds before Paul. Tommy was next and his spot was taken by me because the next 4 spots were filled with clients for the end storefronts.

Ron got to bring his Caddy out tonight with the top down! That is a good looking car, he hopes to add 20" wheels and a few other goodies. Ron Hood rolled in with the Model A. He and Shirley just got back from their 10,000 mile plus trip. The old Ford started right up after setting for nearly 3 months. Good to have you back Ron. Most of the regulars including Roy, Don, Ed & Sherry were with us tonight. Some didn't come out because, the weatherman did promise a 70% chance of rain. Brent even brought out his Mustang convertible. The "Wookie", September's Cruiser of the Month Friday at Old Town, graced us with an appearance in his Mustang. Bert & "Ernie" stopped by for a while, they left a little early, Bert is still adjusting to that new leg. Quite well I might add. Chip & daughter Zoe brought out the '76 F-250 Ford that has just been put back on the road. Welcome to the Cruise-In's! Bob couldn't get his Camaro out of the Garage, it is still blocked by his latest '67 Chevelle. Can't wait to see that one.

We still have several Cruisers on vacation and with the weather so predictably unpredictable the car count still was 18. Henry who usually comes in after 6:00 wasn't out tonight, he would have gone home with the $10 "Cruise-A-Matic". So next week there is $20 in the offering. The "Wookie" had the winning ticket for the $25 50/50.

Ron Hood Cruiser # 15 was chosen as this weeks "Cruiser of the Week".
