Fall weather should have brought out more cars I thought.
Guess it is the Honey Do lists. Ed Booher was out the $30 because his
Number was drawn in the "Cruise-A-Matic" and he was at home but he has
been very busy at the "Institute".
There were 20 cars that did make it out, even a few new
ones. Chuck & Cindy had their T-Bucket at the "Square" for the first
time. Of course Paul, Tommy & Bill had their chairs on the porch as
normal. Roy Fitz will be headed out for his 50th class reunion back in
Ohio tomorrow. Bert & "Ernie" were out in the Caddy. Now there are signs
of injury from the accident they had north of Atlanta last week.
Dennis & Francine, our regular spectators joined us as well. Ron had his
Caddy in it's place of honor. Louie was out in the '52, he said that
Phillip was coming out but he was a no show.
George mentioned that the event that he did last week with
his Falcon for the Saint Cloud chamber turned out very nicely. Betty
finally got her Mustang back, with the power steering and the Automatic
transmission almost working correctly. It was a long wait but she did
have a good grin in her face. So the "Mustang Twins" had both cars out.
Charlie & Steve had that Great yellow Caddy out tonight as they usually
do.
It was a total of 20 cars that made it out, the 50/50 was
$35. Linda had the winning ticket and donated it to this newsletter.
Thank You.
"Cruiser of the Week" went home in the "Wookies" 83 Mustang, the
"Heartbreaker"
Here are a few photos.
