As Linda an I headed towards the "Square" we
were headed into some very dark skies. Looks like a "RAINOUT". We
arrived at 4:15. "Mustang Mike" rolled in about 4:30. It started to
sprinkle a little when Don came in his Tundra. Paul & Tommy rolled in in
the Van. It just would not be a Wednesday Nite if they didn't come out.
Bill, "Dukes" son came in to see us all, right after Paul &
Betty pulled up in their "Daily Driver" well needles to say by 5:45 it
was raining very heavy. The decision was made to call it a "Rainout".
Just about the time we were packing up, George & Mary came in in their
"Monte". They just turned around and headed home about the
time Mike left the "Square".
No contests, no "Cruiser of the Week" picked. No 50/50. The
"Cruise-A-Matic" remains at $20.
