November 2nd

This was probably the best weather for a Cruise-In we have had in a while on a Wednesday. The weatherman pushed out what was to be a rainy week.

No "Snowbirds" were spotted tonight, still waiting for them to find us here at the East side of Saint Cloud. After Thanksgiving we should see more of them Angel Angelro drove down from Casselberry to visit tonight, he also sang a few songs with Jim and Craig, "The Dukes". Dave Meal brought out his '30 Ford roadster tonight, it has been a while since we have seen him. He is still shaking some of the "Dust" out of it, when we let our Cruisers set to long, batteries and belts do not want to cooperate. He had been working on the second shift for a few years and has not been able to Cruise. Welcome back!

Chris is very good at making us all feel welcome, it is great having a sponsor that likes to get involved. Tonight the car count jumped to 30, this is a good number for this location but I am sure this Cruise-In will continue to grow.

The 50/50 was $50 tonight and the "Wookie" had the right ticket to take it home.

The "Cruise-A-Matic rolls up to $90 next week, Cruiser #1 Lonnie Sayset was not here tonight. In fact we haven't seen him in over a year. Hope all is well.

"Cruiser of the Week" went to Cruiser #163 Tony and Sharon DeBlasio and their '69 Ranchero.

Congratulations to all the winners.

Here are a few photos.
