Hard to believe. we actually Cruised" tonight! "Mustang Mike" is back in
town, so he was set up in the lot next to the Dunkin' Donuts on 13th
Street in Saint Cloud.
The sun was beaming down on us, the temperature was
over 90 degrees. This was much better than the RAIN of the last four
weeks. The turnout was a little light, I am sure most "Cruisers" were
finally getting the yard work done after almost a month of continuous
precipitation.
For those of us that made it out, we all had a good
time. Ron & Shirley Hood and Mary managed to slip us into their busy
schedule and stop on by. Ron said that being retired is a lot of work.
When he has working at least he got a day off!
Philip and Frances Piazza took home "Cruiser of the
Week" with their Blue '86 Camaro Z28.
Winners of the drawings were Mike Beck, Steve Clarke
and Ron Hood.
Here's hoping that Hurricane Dennis stays away from
Central Florida and the rain falls any days except Wed -Thurs or
Saturday!
