December 21st

First day of winter! Shortest day of the year. It sure seemed like it. Brrrrrrrrr.

28 cars, 3 Cruisers with out cars, we had a couple of early leavers as it just seemed to get colder as the night progressed  A very big crowd of spectators swamped "Bites" and "Crush" Jim and Craig, "The Dukes" sang us a few Christmas tunes.

Jim debuted his Pro Street Beretta tonight. Great Car. Big John brought out 2 very rare Shelby GT 350's a '65 Fastback and a '68 Convertible. Steve had the Ranchero formerly known as Murphy back out tonight after retrieving his transmission from Atlanta. Ed & Evelyn announced that a 32" RCA TV and a DVD/VCR combo for the Kids has been purchased with the donations that were made from the Wednesday and Thursday Nite Cruise-In's, they plan on delivering tomorrow.

Christmas wishes were exchanged by all. No Cruise tomorrow nor next Thursday but we will be back here on the 29th.

The $60 Cruise-A-Matic was won by Cruiser #24, Ed Booher, he then donated back $10. The $45.00 50/50 was taken home by ME! Cruiser #16 Steve Butler.

Tonight "Duke" decided to give out a "Cruiser of the Month" tonight. Tommy Slaughter, with his '56 Belvedere took that honor and this weeks "Cruiser of the Week" went home with Big John Cuttitta with his '68 Shelby GT 350.

Merry Christmas to All!

Here are a few photos

See you Christmas Eve at Old Town then back here next week.
