What a beautiful day~! Daytona was having it's Spring Car Show and Swap meet. This did not stop almost 300 cars from coming out to this 14 year plus weekly tradition!

Old Town Radio rocked the streets with nostalgic music . The Beavercreek High School Band from Beavercreek OH, marched down our brick streets at 6:00pm then immediately afterwards did a standstill performance in front of the stage. At 7:00 "Still Kickin'" came on stage to rock the crowd that had formed on "Trophy Row". Nearly 300 Cars rolled onto the bricks of "Deac Hundley Blvd." at 8:30, this included 25 Studebakers that were in town for the for Sunshine Chapter of the Studebakers Drivers Club Meeting.  Also on the bricks were members of the Antiques and Uniques. There were thousands of spectators lining the sidewalks as the Vintage cars rolled by.

The "Red Hat" ladies were the VIPs in convertibles tonight. They visit Old Town often and enjoy the Cruise.

The both Cruise and Parking Staffs were working very efficiently handling the massive crowd that was out for this near 15 year old tradition. Soon all of our "Snowbird" cruisers will be leaving us, they will be replaced by many Cruisers that come down for the spring season.

Mike T will start recruiting cars for the up and coming “Home & Leisure Living Show” at “Osceola Heritage Park”  April 8-10th. He will need at least 20 cars for Friday and 50 For Saturday and Sunday—More details next week.
