Nearly 150 cars came out despite the after 5:00 "Sea Breeze" showers.
Tonight would be the first night in a month that "Elvira" or Ranchero
would hit the bricks of Deac Hundley Blvd.
Dave Dean was not with us tonight, he was pretty sick and home in bed.
Dave, I am sure Arlene is taking as good of care of you as you did her.
Get well soon, we missed you.
Tonight was the last night at Old Town for Michelle, she had been
visiting from Philadelphia with "CTG" Ed and Evelyn Booher. She said
"I'm really going to miss Old Town". She showed her dad around this
evening, sorry it rained.
We all had to dodge the rain drops off and on the rest of the night, by
Cruise time there was only a slight drizzle and the spectators were in
full force lining the streets.
We saw Butch and Stephanie out tonight, but with out the Dodge. Seems as
though they are looking for parts for some much needed repairs. I told
them that even though the "Car is the Star" they were still the
"Cruisers" and to come out anyway.
Always a good time, as you now we will be back again next week to visit
with all of our friends.
On to this weeks flag winners....
Tonight's random drawing winners that and received the coveted "Old Town Checkered Flag"
along with $25 cash, a case of Valvoline 20W50 Racing Oil and a drink from
the Tropical Breeze The $50 Cruise-O-Matic was not won so next week it is

winners receive $100 Old Town Cash instead of the regular prize booty.
