October 27th

What a night! We had some real strange people and Trevor the Devil Dog, out tonight looking at all the cars that came out tonight. Nearly 80 of the kids from the "Osceola Children's Home and Youth Center" were treated to a meal by the "Sonic Drive-In" we had a bake sale to raise a little money for much needed items for them. Sharon DeBlasio headed up the bake sale, Renee, Marie and Gertrude helped them sell all of the tasty treats that the Cruisers brought in for this event. What a table of goodies!

We sighted our first snowbirds tonight, the Crawford's were back with us in their '50 Jeep. Good seeing them back. Neil and Elaine from England were also back with the "Healy". Now that the weather is cooling a bit we will start the see the number of cars grow.

Mark and J, The '69 Camaro Pro-Street driving Englishmen made their way to our little cruise and chatted with most fo the Cruisers in attendance. This is the last bit of their 2005 Tour here in the US before crating up the Camaro for it's trip back to the UK.

Angel Angelero our favorite bass singer stopped out to say hi to all of the Cruisers tonight, he is going in for a pacemaker next week. Good Luck Angel!

The Kids of all ages enjoyed the "Trick Or Treating" and all of the tasty goodies from the Bake Sale. It was a record crow of spectators that wandered the lanes where we were parked.

Jim and Craig, The Dukes, entertained us with a few songs, always good having them out on a Thursday Nite. The will also be performing this Saturday at the Show in Saint Cloud.

Several of the cars as well as Cruisers were in costume this evening, "Mustang Mike" had  audience participation for the Choosing of the "Best Dressed" prizes.
