November 17th
Even with this Cold front and this time it is a
COLD front, more than 50 cars came out to the Parking Lot. Still not
many "Snowbirds" spotted yet but it won't be long now before they start
flocking in. Jim Crawford was walking around a bit tonight, trying to
get rid of that walker.
Even though the crowd was light, many of the
regulars including Tommy Slaughter came out, there were some faces we
haven't seen in a long time. Even a few new Cruisers, to us anyway,
ventured out. Many Cruisers left a little early because they didn't
think it would get so cold. This is why Linda always carries lots of
layers of clothing in the car.
Richard Freeman, Cruiser, #15, came out in his '54
Packard Panama tonight, he had been battling a lot of health issues and
is now well enough to start back "Cruising". Welcome back Richard.
We still need more cars for the Christmas parade!
It is coming on us fast now, December 3rd! Sign up right now.
AutoZone has come back on board! The local manager
has been overridden by the Area Manager and the First Saturday of the
Month Show starts back up on January 7th, 2006. 11:00AM to 2:00PM on
13th Street in Saint Cloud.
"Mustang Mike" is still waiting to get the list of
names from the Children's home, it has been promised to him by the end
of the week, we should still have time in December to get the gifts.
The Trivia Question was answered correctly by
Virginia, so she can take the $10 Beef O'Brady's gift certificate and
treat Bill and Trevor next time.
The 50/50 of $91 was won by Barb Vliet, she gave
back $10 towards next weeks prize booty.
Eddie "Flames" now known as the "Wookie" was
awarded "Cruiser of the Week" with his '83 Mustang "Heartbreaker"
The "Cruise-A-Matic" of $75 would have went home
with Cruiser #335 Elihu Orta with his '72 Datsun B-210, if he would have
Cruised-In.
It gets dark so early now, I didn't get a lot of
photos. Here they are.

See you in Old Town Saturday Nite. Then Wednesday
at the "Square". Remember we don't Cruise here until the 1st of
December.
